Auberges & Bistrots de France, an idea of today that really meets the new expectations of our guests.

My wish was to draw together men and women from the hotel and restaurant industry who share all the essential values of our professions: professionalism, simplicity, authenticity and generosity. The current turbulent developments have led to people losing their bearings and prompted a great many questions about what the future holds in store. This has triggered a profound need to return to sound, reassuring values without, in any way, reverting to the well-worn saying “Things were much better in the old days”.

Auberges & Bistrots de France fully subscribes to this quest for authenticity in France but also in many other countries, too. Hence, it actively responds to a very real expectation of most guests. Each of our properties is the ambassador of a completely new approach to hospitality, hospitality that is not reduced to a mere handshake. I wanted this guide and our website to be the first testimony to the hospitality of our group, for them to simplify the lives of our guests and make for pleasant, informative reading.
